1) Walk the Bonnie View Road area and pick up the trash along side the fence and bar ditch area. Its a real mess.
2) Walk the inside property and pick up any trash, left stakes, left markers and left signs. Return all to the club house in the appropriate area.
3) Walk all paths and remove logs, debris and other things not normally on the path.
4) empty all barrels, not just around the club house, but on the paths. many are brimming over with trash.
5) Someone take all the number stakes to a car wash and clean them up. I will reimburse that person for car wash money expense.
6) Welders, need to repair the animal stake holders that Tim built. Many missing the bottom stake pin and some need straightening.
7) Tim and I will cut new material for the target range and tweak that area.
8) Someone build new paper target forms and tape targets to the cardboard. Then clean out all cardboard that we do not need. Only burn if we get some rain, otherwise put in dumpster.
9) Tech barn and foyer needs a good cleaning.
10) Concession stand is a big mess and we cannot allow the public to see its condition. where food is served, we must maintain cleanliness.
11) Refrigerators need a good cleaning also.
12) You all know our colored stakes, the red, blue and so on. Someone can buy a can of spray paint for each color and apply a new coat of paint on those pvc stakes. I will reimburse with receipt. Need only one can per color though.
13) Need a good weed eating and mowing.
14) Caution tape on the property left from last year needs to be thrown away. Its about everywhere.
15) Steps still need to be built on the back side by the old bridge going up that hill on the back side. When it finally rains, that area will be a slick area as always.
16) If anyone gets real ambitious, that area down by the last bridge is void of all water and this would be the fine time to clean it out. That could be very pretty with all that junk removed. not a priority, just if some one is interested.
17) Car parking lot needs cleaning also. We need to put out new cones and make that area safe for tires to ride on. Might be some broken bottles there.
18) Begin NOW making sure all alcohol cans are removed and not seen by the public. This is important.
19) Everyone begin picking up debris as they walk around. We have a wonderful club and one piece of trash really looks bad.
20) Paint the picnic tables again. they are a disgrace and no one would even consider eating off them now. I will probably take care of this, since I have a boat load of paints around the house.
